2. Be sure to include:
    First & Last Name
    Email Address
    Shipping Address
    Phone Number
    Reason for return and/or description of the issue
    Product Type (ex. Shirt, Pants, Jacket, etc.)

3. Within 10 Business Days of ExOfficio receiving your item, you will receive an email confirmation with a case number to reference your item. 

4. Should your item be deemed covered under warranty, it will be replaced, or repaired. (Current repair time is approximately 6 weeks from initial receipt.)

International Customers (not including Canada): Do not send the ExOfficio U.S. Office any return items/product if you do not have a return address within the United States. If we receive items and there is not a U.S. address to send the item(s) back to, you may not get the item returned, as we may be unable to return to sender.
